Our Candidate Requirements

  • Legal Authorization

  • Discretion and Confidentiality

    Maintain the utmost discretion and confidentiality, particularly when working with high-profile families.

  • Team Player

    Ability to collaborate effectively with parents, household staff, and others to support the family’s goals and routines.

  • Character and Work Ethic

    Demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and dedication to creating a safe and nurturing environment.

    Exhibit excellent character, including kindness, integrity, and a genuine love for working with children.

  • Comprehensive Skill Assessment

    Successfully complete a skill-based assessment, which evaluates childcare expertise, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability to various family dynamics.

  • Personality and Behavioral Compatibility

    Undergo a behavioral compatibility interview to ensure alignment with the family’s values, parenting style, and household culture.
