How do I sign up?
Download the Little Minders app, create an account, and choose the membership plan that fits your needs.

How do I book a sitter?

What areas do you serve?
We currently serve NYC, Westchester, and the Hamptons.

Account & Membership

How do I update my account information?
Go to your profile in the app and update your details, including contact information and membership settings.

How do I cancel or change my membership?
You can modify or cancel your membership anytime through the Membership Settings section in the app.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes! We use secure, encrypted payment processing to keep your information safe.

Sitter & Booking Support

How are sitters vetted?
All sitters go through an extensive screening process, including background checks, interviews, and reference verification.

What if my sitter cancels?
If a sitter cancels, we’ll help you find a replacement as quickly as possible.

Can I rebook the same sitter?
Yes! You can save your favorite sitters for easy rebooking.

Troubleshooting & Technical Support

I can’t log into my account. What should I do?
Try resetting your password. If you’re still having trouble, contact support for assistance.

The app is not working properly.
Make sure you’re using the latest version of the app. Try restarting your device or reinstalling the app.
